●How to buy a paid map

• To download special order content, you need to register as a paid or free member and purchase download points.
• Download points are 1 point = 1 yen.
• You can purchase the points required for the desired special order content by "credit card" or "transfer from financial institution".

※After logging in, please perform the "paid map purchase process".

●Purchase download points with a credit card

• After logging in, please fill in the purchase points on the "Download point purchase (credit card payment)" form below and pay the required amount on the payment page.　(When paying the required points in pounds, euros and us dollars on the payment page, please calculate and pay at the real-time exchange rate)
• When you receive a successful payment email from your credit card company, the number of download points you have purchased will be displayed in the member information frame of the member.

●Purchase download points by transfer from a financial institution

• After logging in, fill out the "Download Point Purchase (Financial Institution Transfer)" form below and click the "Send" button.　(When paying the required points in pounds, euros and us dollars on the payment page, please calculate and pay at the real-time exchange rate)
• A copy of the content you sent will be sent by email from this site, so please check it.
• After confirming the email, please transfer the amount of purchase points at the financial institution. (If you pay the required points in pounds, euros or US dollars, please pay the amount calculated at the real-time exchange rate)
• After making the transfer, write the "membership number" and "registered member name" on the copy of the transfer form of the financial institution, and send it by e-mail or fax. (However, it may take some time to confirm payment by email)
• After confirming the payment, please confirm that the points equivalent to the payment will be entered in the member information frame field of the member.

After purchasing the download point, please log in and proceed to the download page of the desired paid map material. The number of points purchased is displayed in the member display frame, so please check and download. (If you do not have enough download points, you will not be able to download, so please purchase the insufficient number of download points.)

Points will not be refunded if the download fails. Please contact us by fax or email. We will send the paid map content that failed to download from this site by another method.

In addition, we cannot refund the amount equivalent to the remaining points of download points that you have purchased more than necessary. The remaining points will be retained until you use them while you are a member of this site.

Even if you wish to withdraw from the membership, the amount equivalent to the remaining download points will not be refunded. Also, please note that if you withdraw from the membership while holding the points, the download points will be lost with your personal information.
